SHOW DAY DETAILS

All dancers will perform in 2 shows - one on Saturday and one on Sunday - during their given show time (2:00 or 5:00).

Doors will open 45 min prior to each show time - Please show up on time, dressed and ready with shoes and accessories. We encourage you to put their names on their shoes so they are not misplaced or accidentally swapped.

Parking is availble in front, on the side, and in back of the theater, however please do not drive on the grassy area behind the building.

Famiies can enter through the front or back of the theater. As soon as you arrive, please bring the dancers to the dressing room so we can make sure everyone is ready for the show.

Dancers will stay in the dressing room during the duration of the show. A parent is welcome to stay backstage with their dancer on the day they are not watching from the audience.

Please bring plently of activities for your dancer to do while they are backstage. ONLY CLEAR LIQUIDS and NO-MESS SANCKS are allowed in the dressing room area. If they bring anything else, we will not allow them to have them in the dressing room.

The backstage area is fairly small, and there are a lot of people, so please be prepared. We will also have picnic tables set up outside, but groups will be required to stay together at all times.

We ask that all dancers and families stay until the end of the show. As soon as the show is over, dancers will be allowed on stage to receive flowers, take pictures and visit with family. The stage will be cleared 30 min after the show has ended. Please gather all of their belongings from the dressing room before you leave.
NO VIEO OR FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY DURING ANY OF THE PERFORMANCES!
